Matsushita makes strides in reducing PDP power consumption

Work enviroment. We use dual monitors on our XP Pro PC's for our work apps. We are using Dell Optiplex 775 with ATI Radeon HD 2400 Pro video cards. We have severl models of NEC and Dell 1708FP monitors. We have problems with the secondary monitor flickering big time mostly because we use a program called Etalk. Any ideas why? Thanks
