130MHz worth $20?

g'day everyone

i'm sitting here in sunny south africa and thinking of giving my pc a bit of a makeover.
I'm looking at building a mid-range rig and decided on the following components (nothing spectacular here):

Intel P43 mobo
9800Gt 512Mb
2x 1GB DDR800
500GB HDD

I chose the C2D E7200 as a CPU, but was wondering if the E7300 is really worth the extra $20.
My question is if the 130MHz are really worth the extra bucks.

Any advice will be appreciated

No.
You can easily clock the E7200 to E7300 speeds.

and you can oc your cpu on stock voltage and cooler to get taht extra 130 mhz if it really matters to you

i believe every1 should OC their computer.
so assuming ur going to oc, they wont get any different oc most likely

I have the 7200 myself OC'd to 3.1GHz with alot of headroom left, so i would so no.

maybe they are ever so slightly higher binned chips? but certainly just for the mhz, there'd be only a miniscule difference

No. You can OC the e7200 abot 1000 more MHZ and be faster then a stock e8400 or e8500.
