I've never used a benchmark before. I don't know if they have audio or not. To my surprise and frustration, I cannot find anything on the internet that confirms my assumption. My audio works - games, music, you name it. I downloaded the benchmark (3DMark Vantage) and "Jane Nash" started hopping all over the place just like I expected, but it felt really strange to not hear anything and I immediately assumed my stupid x-fi was screwed up again. Then I thought that they might do that to isolate graphics intensive processes, thus you would have a better understanding of your graphics capabilities rather than a total system measurement. Someone please help and tell me whether I'm crazy or not. No, wait, the votes are in.........I'm crazy, but I still want to know whether Vantage has sound or not. You can just write a little note thing right down below this note thing.
