Usually by buying more RAM. How much do you have? Find out at Control Panel>System>General tab.

Or you can uninstall unnecessary application(s). You can check that out by invoking Windows Task Monitor - Press Ctrl+Alt+Del simultaneously then click on Processes tab that will give you the idea which process is hugging your memory.
