im no pro but id go with the mushkin ddr2 800 since it comes as 1.8v so you can oc it more.

Good solid build. Either will work, but i like the mushkin also.

I don't know how long you intend to keep this set-up without upgrades, but it's certainly worth it to get a P45 chipset based motherboard. Future graphics upgrades will be much easier, as it supports PCIe 2.0. I like Biostar's P45 offerings, but nobody else seems to :(

Aside from that bit, switch to Muskin-some one's give you 3DMark Vantage for free! Otherwise, good set-up ^_^
