Need help!

I uninstalled all the ATI stuff I could to download the newest display driver, now when I try to download the newest one it says "couldnt find a driver compatible or something like that. I even tried for earlier versions and no luck!

x1550 Diamond 256 mb

dxdiag says its version : 6.14.0010.6833, i even used drivesweeper to clean out the display drivers

What operating system are you using?

At any rate, you should have no real problem going to AMD's own website and selecting and downloading the right driver. It's a pretty simple dialog; select your operating system, then select "Radeon," (top of the list) and then select "Radeon X1550 series." Download and run the "Catalyst Software Suite" through the link it will provide you.

i know the thing is its happening when I download Catalyst Software Suite.

i am using xp pro

this is what happens when I try to uninstall x1550 now.
