new GA-X58 motherboard questions

Does anyone know when Can I buy the new X58 motherboard ?
I am going to wait to build the new system with the new Intel i7 or should I wait for the more options motherboards to come out with more features ?
I recently saw the posted X58 Gigabyte pictures here:

I am very impressed with it, when I take the closer look at the first PCIe x4 I saw the nothbride heatsink obstructed right after the slot, that means the slot is useless. Will the final release version will fix this ? or could it be the way they took the picture make it look like obstructed ?
