My CD RAM is not being detected by the compute

I did as you all sujjested.I went till HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318} But I didnt find the upper filters and lower filters.Can you say whts that.I can see
