Set up a LIVE webcam

I want to be able to set up a webcam to look at my yard and the deer and animals and all that stuff from work.

I have the webcam, laptop, desktop, everything i need.

I just need to know what kind of program will do this? I cannot install any software on my work PC. It will have to be a webpage.

Media Encoder would not work for some reason I have yet to figure out.

Any other suggestions?

Try www.Ustream.com, they allow you to setup free streams online. There may be other streaming sites that allow you to do this but ustream is the best one.

Other than that you will need to setup a web server at home, and that is way more difficult.
