Question about i5-750 vs i7-860 differences

So let me get this straight, the only difference between i5-750 vs i7-860 is hyperthreading, and default speeds? There's no other difference right?

So say if you OC both to exactly 3.8Ghz, and then run a game that doesn't use hyperthreading at all, the performance on these will be exactly the same?

Thanks

I think you've come to the right conclusion.

Which one is the best overclocker?

from what I've read, the i5 is a little better at overclocking, though the only reason I've seen for that was an assumption. But I've seen people report easily breaking 4.1ghz on the i5 with the coolermaster 212 cpu fan and minor voltage changes.
