Disk data tranfer rate only 5.9?

Processor, memory, and graphics all in the 7's but for some reason my disk is only a 5.9 in the Windows Experience Index. Is this going to effect my whole setup? Should i get a new HD? Could use some info, thx.

Ocz 700w psu
2x2g gskill ripjaws ddr3-1600
barracuda 500g hd

5.9 is the max rating for mechanical HDD's.

I have Raptors and they only rate 5.3.

To be honest, the WEI is a very poor measure of performance.
