The "http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp" talks about a matching event 1001. Event ID: 1001 Fault bucket -2069712260 The "http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp" is not working. An internet search did not reveal any clues...? Is there anyone here that have some insight in this? Any tips would be much appreciated... Thanks, and Merry Christmas folks... Use that to uninstall itunes and quicktime player. Then use the moderate search to scan and remove the registry traces. http://www.revouninstaller.com/ Then re-download and install itunes and quicktime. Can't find your answer ? Ask !
