Hey all,
Event ID: 1000
Faulting application itunes.exe, version 10.1.1.4, faulting module quicktime.qts, version 7.69.80.9, fault address 0x00104124.

The "http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp" talks about a matching event 1001.

Event ID: 1001
Fault bucket -2069712260
The "http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp" is not working.

An internet search did not reveal any clues...?

Is there anyone here that have some insight in this?
Any tips would be much appreciated...
Thanks,
and Merry Christmas folks...

Download revo uninstaller. Use that to uninstall itunes and quicktime player. Then use the moderate search to scan and remove the registry traces.

Then re-download and install itunes and quicktime.
