The "http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp" talks about a matching event 1001. Event ID: 1001 Fault bucket -2069712260 The "http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp" is not working. Use that to uninstall itunes and quicktime player.
