I'd say go with the Corsair dominator ddr2 1066....if it wasn't for the increase in price.

Higher speed, better voltage, IMO better timins...always see reviews saying if you want to overclock, these are the perfect timings to start at. And they come with fans. But are they worth the extra $54??

Its hard to say, I trust that Corsair would always provide you with good hardware :) So i would spend the extra money! Plus if you want to overclock your RAM it would be a good idea to get fans for it, and these already come with fans.

i dont really plan on OCing but okay ill probaly go with that and it does look cooler lol

I like ram that gives me DDR2 800 with timings of 4.4.4.12 at 1.8v.
