Even if it wasn't against forum rules to discuss circumvention of passwords, that's an impossible question to answer. It depends upon what program was used to password-protect the drive. If it's just Windows security then, as Administrator, you can simply override it. Otherwise copy the data to the other PC, format the drive, and copy it back again.
(Mods - I hope this isn't a breach of the forum rules. I'm only suggesting a solution if the user already has access to the data.)
