Hi,

When I installed my video card in another slot because it was to close to the CPU cooler, the drivers didn't recognise the card anymore and it was detected as 'new hardware' by Windows. My motherboard has two 16x PCIe slots, so both of them have the same architecture. Is there a way to tell the drivers that they have to look for the card in another slot, because I do not like to reinstall them if not needed.

Thanks

You should use your primary slot. Im not sure if you can use the second one as primary, anyone?
