Unwanted "Ask" toolbar

Hello,
I have tried to remove an unwanted ASK toolbar from my system using the remove/change option on my control panel. It removed it from my program directory but it still appears when I run firefox. I've run an adware scan and rebooted my machine but to no avail. How can I get rid of it, any advice would be appreciated.

Download revo uninstaller, and see if the ask toolbar is showing up there.
