Unwanted "Ask" toolbar

Hello,
I have tried to remove an unwanted ASK toolbar from my system using the remove/change option on my control panel. It removed it from my program directory but it still appears when I run firefox. I've run an adware scan and rebooted my machine but to no avail. How can I get rid of it, any advice would be appreciated.

Hi. Open the Firefox browser and go to Tools\Addons (top left). Go to each of the tabs Themes, plug ins ect. If it is there uninstall or disable it

Download revo uninstaller, and see if the ask toolbar is showing up there.
