i am not able to change my theme style as it me an error "visual display cannot be loaded"

you will need the windows XP disk, to reload themes. You can insert the disk and click: "add features / programs"
OR you can do a repair install of the operating system. The instructions for a repair install are located in this forum, fourth post from the top.
either way, missing themes are not a critical error.
