I am looking to upgrade some parts for my PC and just wanna make sure that they will be compatible before i buy them.
I've got a Asus P5W DH Motherboard with a Thermaltake 735 Bigwater and have never updated the bios.

I'm planning to upgrade my Intel Pentium D930 to Intel Q9550. I know that i will have to update the bios for this to work and it even says it does on the Asus Support Website

Various Ram which i have no idea to OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 Platinum 2x2GB (OCZ2P800R22GK) - x2 or OCZ DDR2 PC2-6400 Titanium Dual Channel 2x2GB (OCZ2T800C44GK) - x2 (Totaling of 8Gb of ram.)

Thermaltake Tsunami to Antec Twelve Hundred

ATI Radeon X800 to hopefully a ATI 4870X2 when that comes out

I'm just really looking for any opinions and if the cpu and ram will be compatible with the motherboard

The Q9550 will be in 2 steppings. Make sure you get the latest bios.

Either of the ram should be compatible. Personally, if I were to overclock the cpu, I would pick out ram with lower cas. i.e. C4. Otherwise, go with C5.
