I am currently awaiting my case and motherboard to start building my first PC. I have been using Apple computers for 10 years. Here are my current items already purchased.

Intel i7 860 2.8
MSI GS-80 Motherboard
8gb G.Skill Ripjaws Memory
1TB Seagate Hard Drive
LG Blu-Ray Burner
XFX ATI Radeon 4890 Graphics Card
Tempest Case
Corsair 750 watt Power Supply
Corsair HF50 CPU Cooler
Windows Vista Ultimate 64-Bit with free Windows 7 upgrade.

My question is will this CPU Cooler be sufficient for this system if I choose to over-clock. Also, will I need any type of cooler on my memory?
