Uhmm Witch mother board?

I have a choice of getting a GA-M51GM-S2G are a ASRock ALiveNF6G. Witch one should i get witch one is better? I noticed that the GA-M51Gm-S2G has 2 chip sets and the other one has one. Right now i have the ASRock AliveNF6G but i spilt water on it so i have to get a new motherboard. The reasion im choseing between thease is they are the only one i can get my hands on at the time. Please any one help me?
