Time to do your homework.

Love the bold type, made it so much easier to read. :)

Let me rephrase what I said earlier. ANY of the ones you listed are good coolers. They are within a few C of each other. So buy the cheapest one. What else do you need to know?

Any of those 4 would be plenty. Find the cheapest. You don't need a monster HS with that CPU, but maybe when you UG to a better chip someday.

Thank you conundrum, u r the only one who is helping me by replying me, my question is that - is this site frostytech trustable ?

It's the best, referenced by world champion overclockers in their advice to noobs like you. Higly respected testing under scientific repeatable conditions.

Reason no one else has helped is they are all at work. And that's where I'm off to in just a bit.

Thanku for helping me but I am not a noob, If I would a noob so I couldn't know the best CPU Coolers which I have listed in my first post, what I need to know is the best among these

Okay, your not a noob. I use the term lightly so don't worry about it. Experianced folks have that site plus 10 others at least bookmarked. Some for overclocking, GPU mods, CPU waterblocks, PSU review, etc etc etc.
