Hello,
My system will boot up but some how this program slipped by microsoft security essentials. Some program called antivirus scan has locked up everything and nothing will work unless i buy this program. Can anyone help?

Boot into safe mode and run some antivirus.

Run through the malware guide in my signature.

And it's always best to get software from it's website, not a 3rd party site. There's less chance that you'll download an infected file.
