Welcome to the fourms!

Looking decent but damn are parts expensive down there!
I do, however, have a few suggestions for changes you could make.

The GTX 260 is not a bad card but the similarly priced 4870 is, hands down, a better card.
I would highly recommend switching your build to that.

Again, the Thermaltake TP 750w is not to bad but you can do better in the same price range.
Look at a 550w+ PSU from Corsair, Enermax, PCP&C, Seasonic or the Antec Earthwatts line.

The Zalman 9500 is a decent cooler but something more recent, and cheaper, will work even better.
Look into the Xigmatek 1283 with it's optional mounting bracket.
It should be cheaper and will cool better than the 9500.

The ASUS P5Q Deluxe is a great Mb but it is priced in the range of many X38/48 motherboards.
I would suggest looking either at the ASUS P5Q-E or a midrange X38/48 Mb from either ASUS or Gigabyte.

For the RAM, look into 4Gb of DDR2 800 with 4-4-4-x timings.
There is virtually no extra performance with DDR2 1066 over DDR2 800 but you can usually save a bundle with the latter.

And finally, raid is a PITA to work with.
I would highly recommend a single, newer, higher capacity Hd over two older, low capacity drives.
Take a look at the WD 640Gb that should be in the same price range.
Compelling performance and twice the storage with out the trouble of raid.

RAID is easy to work with!! Just use nlite to slipstream the drivers in before you start building. I've been putting raid in my rigs since I bought an Athlon 900 many years ago. There are a few minor irritations on occasion, but striping the drives produces worthwhile performance benefits.

That said, my home server isn't raided, but it's more to do with the frankenputer nature than the fact it didn't want to RAID it.

No there not...

From a Performance / Agro factor the agro factor way out does the permformance increase factor..

I know, I used to set up raid 0 arrays for all my gaming systems when possible..

But when it goes wrong its hard to get the data back compared to using a single drive..

Get two drives run them independantly and back files up with them

Computers are just not for games, they do other stuff too...
