And just to be silly: Anyone can see it, it's that round shiny thing on your desk! The question is if anyone can read the information on it. That depends on how the disk is "password protected". If you encrypted it with Joe's Special Downloaded Freeware Encrypter, probably any competent security person can read it. If you used good encryption, probably only a truly nosy government agency could read it. If you used a utility that blocks mounting it without a problem, my kid sister, if I had one, could read it.
