Install sheild file missing

When I start my computer I get the message" Cannot find file Installsheild info AEC23f12 etc. How can I fix this problem?

Congratulations - you just became the first person I know to be the only result in a Google search no-one else has ever posted that string of characters in that order.

This gives us a problem - which programme does it relate to? Go Start then Run and type msconfig into the Open box and hit Enter. Click the StartUp tab and look in the list for those characters and untick it if you find it. Click Apply then OK and restart the computer. After that, tick "Don't show this message again" and hit Enter.
