I have a Visiontek Radeon HD 3870 X2 Video Card pushing a 30" display. In video feeds or DVD playback at full resolution there is considerable static around the video border in the black area. Also, in Google Earth the black (space) around the earth has the same static. On boot up there is considerable static just as windows launches. This does not happen in dos mode so not a motherboard (ASUS Maximus II) or power supply issue as far as I can see. Does anyone else have this issue with this graphics card?
