My case airflow ok?

I have the Thermaltake v9 case and i just bought the Corsair h50 cpu cooler.

stock idle temps went from 38-41 to 30-33
full load temps went from 70-77 to 50-55

At the moment i have
1x intake at the front bottom of the case
1x intake push and pulling(2 fans) air from the back of the case to cool the h50 radiator

and.. 1x exhaust 230mm fan on the top of the case

is this airflow alright?

should i make the front fan an exhaust?

Is there a way i can mount another fan where my DVD/CD drives go? its empty space there
