Ready to pull the trigger on this. PC is used for normal everyday stuff + some photo editing. It's also my primary gaming rig. Thanks for any comments! Looking for possible incompatibilities, cheaper alternatives, etc.

I'm assuming you're not overclocking? If you plan to in the future, you should definitely consider an aftermarket CPU cooler. Check out the Xigmatek S1283 (don't forget the retention bracket). Otherwise, looks niiiiice!
