when I go to hp wireless assistant to turn on the wlan the on and off button are not highlighted and unavailable to me. Why? How can I change this

Hi,

I suggest you to go to device manager then expand on network adapters and then right click wlan uninstall it and let it reload the drivers by restarting your PC.
