I need a computer capable of burning blu-ray

You don't need anything fancy, all you need is a blu ray burner. Any modern computer has more than enough power to play and burn blu rays.

Agreed...anything that is semi-modern will be fine. Remember that it will take longer with slower chips, but you should be able to get the job done with most anything, as long as you have a blu-ray burner.
