That cooler is not going to be any better than the stock heat-sink. Others on here will be sure to help you in finding a good heat-sink for your needs.

i saw a review on this cooler tested on a Phenom II x2 545 and it was 48c under load. so thats not bad but i suppose your right
I own two 550's and have unlocked both using a Sunbeam CR-CCTF 120 mm Core-Contact Freezer CPU Cooler. One of the best in my option for the price.
Also my 550's ran between 45c-48c under load un-locked on the stock coolers under prime 95 after 8hrs.
