how can u overclock a pentium 4 1.6 ghz with an intel d845glly motherboard?.. do you have a software?

Welcome to the forums!

Usually you overclock the CPU through the BIOS.
If, however, your system is a prebuilt one, it is highly unlikely you will have the options available to do so.
If it is as such, you could try software overclocking using a program like ClockGen.
Software overclocking is pretty hit and miss so do not be surprised if it does not work.

If you need anything further, make sure and post your full system specs.
It really helps if we have enough info to give you a proper answer.
