Hello.
I am looking for a Good PC which has 4 gb ram or more, 500 gb hard drive or more, good video card with 512 mb or more and quad processors (or other if you can recommend). I will use this PC for Gaming/3d Animation designing/ Photoshoping. If you can recommend a good PC like this it would help me a lot.
THANK YOU :bounce:

If you are asking about buying a complete system, you may get a specific recommendation by talking to a member of the Geek Squad down at your local Best Buy.
If, however, you are planning to build a computer yourself, you will likely get all kinds of suggestions on parts here.
What is your total budget, and does it have to include the monitor, keyboard, mouse, speakers etc.; or are you re-using any parts from an old computer? What games do you want to play, and at what resolution?
If you are considering building it yourself, expect to end up with a better system than what you might simply buy. If your time and patience are limited, it may be worth buying a prebuilt system, but you will still need to deal with a few "gotchas," like bloatware, limited upgrade path, and the risk that the geek was actually a drone who gave some poor advice (e.g. like telling you an 8500GT is a gaming card).

The above parts come to $1,692.66 - $100 MIR

The PSU listed is overkill, but would allow you to add another GPU in crossfire in the future. The Corsair 750TX would also be a nice option, but would need upgraded if you added another GPU.

LOL, $2000 buys a lot of PC, especially if you build it yourself and already have a monitor and the rest.

Try something like this:

Sapphire HD 4870 X2 $550
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814102768

Q9550, $320

Asus P5Q Pro, $130

There are better (and more expensive) motherboards based on X48 but you won't need them with this setup.

That's the first $1000 right there, and it covers the most important parts.

Case (Antec 900, RC-690, some Lian-Li if you want a high-end case, etc.; let's say $100 to $200)
PSU (Corsair 750TX, Silencer 750W $130)
Two or more hard disks (WD6400AAKS - 640GB for $75 is hard to beat)
RAM (get 2x2GB DDR2-800, Mushkin or Corsair for example, about $70)
Vista Home Premium 64-bit OEM ($100)
DVD burner, $26, SH-S223Q
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827151173&Tpk=SH-S223Q

You don't really need a sound card or an after market CPU cooler, but you can add them if you want.

I swear I didn't see shortstuff's list when I posted mine. Great minds think alike :)

Basically, the only difference is that his solution costs $100 more for the MB and another $100 more for the PSU (while still in your $2000 budget) and gives you the ability to add a second video card (HD 4870 or even HD 4870 X2). If you're REALLY serious about gaming go for his version.

I think mine is similar.
I will admit it is a bit of a sloppy build, in the sense that I didn't look for outstanding deals the way I might to meet a tight budget, but I think the resulting system would be competent for its stated purposes, so here it is:

Very similar to theirs. I think there might be a couple of rebates in there. For your video work, you might want to get two of those hard drives depending on how much space you need. Heck, on your budget, get three or four; most any case you choose (a very personal item; you may prefer a much flashier case than the one I picked) should be able to hold them all. Other minor items include case fans, an after market CPU cooler, UPS; even a new chair would fit in your budget.

+1 with Shortstuff except for Asus Rampage formula instead of the Gigabyte. Also don't forget an after market cooler like Ultra Extreme or the XIGMATEK HDT-RS1283 with XIGMATEK ACK-I7753 Retention Bracket.

Umm, did you mean ACK-I7751? The HDT-RS1283 has 3 pipes and the "XIGMATEK ACK-I7753 Retention Bracket For 4 heatpipes model only - Retail" doesn't sound like a good match IMO.

The Rampage Formula costs $75 more than shortstuff's Gigabyte, and the Xigmatek+retention bracket adds another $60 or so. Those are smart investments for overclockers, sure, but the OP wants "a PC with quad processors". That doesn't sound like an overclocker to me :)
