Just wondering if you OC your Gpu does the extra heat generated limit your Cpu OC ?

It may, depending on things like case air flow.

Usually it wont, the temperature of the GPU wont affect the CPU temp if you have any substantial airflow.

^ That usually is true, since most descent modern video cards expel hot air through the back of the card and out the case.

True. Unless the video card substantially through the case.
