The system specs are as follows:
XP Home 32bit SP2
Rosewill 550W SLI PSU
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600 (stock settings)
MSI P6n SLI Platinum mobo
3GB G.Skill DDR2 800
MSI NX8600GT-T2D256E OC 256MB Graphics card
I built this rig for my younger brother and have yet to get the graphics card working properly. During normal 2D tasks (word processing, web browsing, etc) it runs smoothly, but after 15min of playing STALKER or DoD:source the screen freezes and the sound hangs. GPU temps never go above 70C and I have tried multiple drivers. should I RMA the card? maybe something with the PSU?
