Is my HDD bricked?

Right now I'm using my laptop HDD in my desktop since my Seagate 7200.12 will not install W7. When using my laptop HDD, in W7 beta it will show my Seagate drive in My Computer. It is formatted to NTFS and I've messed around with BIOS quite a bit for HDD configurations. I've also tried switching SATA ports but still no joy.

Early yesterday morning W7 beta said it installed drivers onto the Seagate drive on top of the system tray in Desktop. I thought to myself "finally!" and rebooted and tried again. W7 still will not recognize my Seagate drive for install.

I'm thinking its bricked but I'm not a 100% since I'm new to building PC's. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Happy Holidays!

I've ran Seatools which showed no problems. I also ran HD Tune and that showed no problems as well. I tried reformating the HDD and reinstalling drivers. Still a no go for install.
