Need Help OC'ing my AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE w/ Asus M4A78-EM

I just installed the new cpu, OCZ Stealth X Stream 700W power supply and a Zalman CNPS9900 LED heatsink and fan with Artic Silver Ceramique thermal compound in an Antec 300 case. i dont have the 3 optional 120mm fans but im getting them soon. i also have 2x2GB Corsair Dominator DDR2 8500/1066MHz with triple fan and im running Vista 64bit. i have AMD Overdrive but ive been informed to do all my OC'ing in the BIOS. i have Asus M4A78-EM with newest BIOS 1006. im not sure where to start. i am very new at this. ive read that people make small changes and then run a stability test. the only stability test ive seen is in AMD Overdrive. i'm only trying to get it to run at 3.7MHz tops. i dont wanna push it any further.

i have the Processor Frequency multiplier to x 18.0 and my system is running at 3600Hz and stable so far. however i have a few more questions.

North Bridge Chipset Config:
ECC Mode - disabled, basic, good, super, max and user. i have it set at good right now. what does this mean and what setting should i use.

JumberFree Cinfig:
Auto, 8bit, 16 bit. i have it set at Auto now. what does this mean and what setting should i use.

Hyper Transport Speed:
Auto, 200MHz - 2.0 GHz. i have it set at 2.0GHz. what does this mean and what setting should i use.

Hyper Transport Width:
Auto, 8bit, 16bit. i have it set on auto.what does this mean and what setting should i use.

OverClock options:
auto, 2%, 5%, 8%, 10%. i have it set as Auto. what does this mean and what setting should i use.
