will these components work together ?

I want to build my own PC, but I don't know how to choose the parts together.
I don't play game, and I'm satisfied with the integrated video card by itself, I Like to stick with Crossfire rather than SLI since I might install a video card later. I'm willing to spend up to 150 on a motherboard which I like it to stay upgradable in the next couple years.
(I have 1 HD and 1 DVD burner and 1 camcorder)

I have no clue if the CPU below work with any of the motherboards or with power supply or with memory

More about will components work
  1. The first board is definitely the best, as with the first power supply. As far as memory any reputable brand of ddr2-800 will work. I prefer
