Iv\'e got a 13.9 G Hd I neet to clone files and os to transfer to new drive

I keep running out of room 13.9 G Hd I want to transfer drive overto a much larger one. Problem I don't have a disc for Win Prof it cane on the machine and it was givin ti me. It would be easier for to transfer old drive completlythen dis able old drive. will this work? and what clone program?

Some hard drive makers like Western Digital and Seagate provide tools for transferring the contents of the old drive to the new one.
What you will need to watch is that you buy an IDE drive same as your old one, not a sata one.
Going by the size of the drive you have, your computer is fairly old and unable to support a sata drive.
