when i turn on the monitor when it has been off for awhile it will stay black for awhile untill i move a bright image onto it (i have 2 monitors the broken one is the second one) which will cause it to flicker on and it will eventualy fully turn on but it is very dim. I was wondering if this is because of bad backlights or a bad inverter.
