Well, if you don't want to replace that PSU...
The absolute best card you could run is a 4870. Or, if your mobo supports it, 4850s in crossfire would be best.

A new PSU, and then you can get a new X2 (ATI) or something like a 9800GX2 (as I have now). But a new PSU should be the primary concern (as the liberty can't power those cards). However an older card, such as an 8800GT, or GTS 512 would easily display at that rez.

wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww no need for 800watt psu lol!

if your motherboard supports it, dual 8800GT's... if not i guess a 9800GTX? or 4870?

Yeah a single HD 4870X2 would be enough

to V3NOM:
No,if he can afford HD 4870X2 then he shall buy it its the fastest card arround

MultiGPU doesnt always scale well, there are some games that HD 4870X2 loses to GTX 280 because the game doesnt support MultiGPU,also CrossFireX doesnt always perform well too,so i say go for a HD 4870X2 its plenty fast

4870 X2 CrossfireX would be massive overkill for that resolution. I'm only scaling over a single at 2560x1600 with high AA/settings with mine. In addition, you'd need at least to upgrade to a 1000W PSU to be safe.
