I have just got a new system and this is my first home build.

I have got my system up and running and it is detecting the floppy drive fine, but not the card reader part of the drive.

I have looked through the instructions and i can't find any info.

When i try to install the drivers it just fails and says windows didn't install the right drivers.

Can anyone help?

BTW, i'm running vista32 and have an asus p5k pro motherboard

See if there are new IDE drivers on the ASUS site? The problem shouldn't be whatever drivers come with the device, but the drivers needed for the IDE controller.

It could also just be an incompatibility with the Marvel IDE setup.
