Will the CORSAIR Enth. TX650 work?

I'm considering the following:

case: HAF932
MB: ASUS P8Z77-V LGA 1155, Z77
CPU: i7-3770k
Cooling: Hyper 212 EVO
GPU: GTX 560 Ti (single card, no SLI in future but may upgrade card later in the year)
RAM: 4x4GB
HDD: 2x SSD + 3-4 HDD

I take it 650W is sufficient for my needs?

Will I run into any issues with the cables in a full tower... too short, not enough, etc?

I have the 850 and I believe the cable length is the same, I have no problems in a full tower (In Win Dragon Rider) and I route my cables all over to hide them,
and yes the 650 will be fine for that setup, depending ofc on the powerdraw of your upgraded card, maybe go for the 750 straight off and save buying another later on
