Hi all. Before i get into the story, i'll list components:

eVGA 680i mobo (P32 i believe)
4x 1GB OCZ PC2 9200 RAM
WD Raptor 150GB 10K RPM
C2D Extreme at stock 2.93 GHz
SLi 8800 GTX

CPU and GPU's are watercooled.

Now last night everything worked fine on the PC. I Come home from work this morning and when i turn the PC on i hear 2 short beeps, and the PC won't Post. I restart, no beeps this time but no post either. I fooled around with it a bit and found that removing one of my 4 ram sticks will boot the PC. Upon booting i find my BIOS was reset, so i changed what i needed to (RAID, etc) and it booted fine. But the PC will not boot if i put this one extra stick of ram back into the PC. Now i know it's totally possible that the ram stick just went bad, but it wasn't 4 months ago that i RMA'd 2 ram sticks back to OCZ for the same exact problem. (And for some reason as i type this post my main"Enter" key won't work, but the number pad "Enter" key will. Possibly unrelated but w/e)

So what could be the problem here? Is it possible my mobo is eating RAM? I haven't heard many bad things about OCZ or this particular model.

Any suggestions or help is appreciated, thank you.
