Should change my mobo

So im making a pc for my wife using some parts from my pc and thus upgrading mine as well at the same time
the thing is that i have a M2N SLI mobo and x2 4600and i love this mobo. But i really want to go intel but that would mean getting a diff mobo so i here are my options. and yes price does matter so help me out wit this

option 1

Keep my M2n sli deluxe and upgrade to x2 5400 black edtion. thus givin my wife a cheap mobo and my x2 4600

option 2

buy me a e5200 and a p43 mobo and give my wife my mobo and cpu.


I plan on getting a 4850 in about a month and windows vista. Will there be alot of difference if I buy a 5400 instead of the e5200 or is it really worth it? yes I deff tend to overclock too thats why I also chose the BE and that cpu also ocs well to
