Avoid nVidia based boards, especially those based on the 6xx series chipsets.
They have many issues such as overheating, data corruption, low overclocks, lower performance, etc.
The ASUS G33 based motherboard you list is the much better option of the two but it is hardly top notch.
As you are seemingly on a budget, try looking into a P43, or G43 if you need integrated graphics, based ASUS or Gigabyte motherboard. If you can afford a little more, go for a P45, Or G45 for the IGP, based ASUS or Gigabyte board.
The updated P43/45 chipset will give you a better platform for about the same price and offers slightly higher performance, much better overclocking and PCIe 2.0 support.
