In looking at the links you provided, the WD green shows 11% of the reviewers found it to be poor or very poor. The WD blue shows 12% of the reviewers found it to be poor or very poor. The Samsung shows 23% of the reviewers found it to be poor or very poor. I generally prefer WD RE-2 or RE3 because I like my HDDs in RAID, but that is only a personal preference. Check the warranties. I've had to RMA a few HDDs over the last 15 years, and found WD to be fair and prompt in honoring theirs. Others' experiences may vary.

It really comes down to personal preference, so look over the HDDs on the mfrs webpages to see the tech differences, read the reviews, and choose!
