Remove update KB978601 this update cannot be removed

Hello,
Does anyone know how to remove a security update with "this update cannot be removed" text next to it? Thanks.

You could restart and go into Safe Mode by tapping Function 8 at startup, then log in as Admiistrator and see if the same message appears. It may be that the folder it came in also contains an uninstall file but there are probably good reasons for not uninstalling it. Doing so might impact on other updates or functions.

Perhaps you'd like to say why you wish to do so.
