Dell Dimension 8100
Pentium 4
Socket 423
I noticed there are numerous small rectangles of what appears to be solder. They vary in size, from 1mm square to 1/2 inch square. They are flat, silver, rectangular, and look like solder. I don't have a close-up picture, but here is a small picture that atleast shows the approximate size and location of these rectangles. The picture is actually in two parts. The image on the right has the rectangles highlighted in red so that you can locate them on the left. Obviously a high-res picture would be more helpful (sorry!).
Any ideas?
