Skill Tapes are items that are added to clothing to give you bonuses
in skills. WHen you look at an item of clothing you will see "Scokets"
That's how many individual skill tapes that item can hold. Once
insetted into a garment they cannot be removed. When the garment is
destroyed they too are destroyed!

Before you start loading SEAs (Skill Enhancing Attachments) into
clothing or armor make sure you understand that they are bugged. Any
attachment which has more then one bonus will still only give one
bonus.
